GoHighLevel Alternatives (Best of 2025): 12 Competitors Reviewed & Compared

Looking for the best GoHighLevel alternatives? You’re in the right place.

As an internet marketing agency owner myself, I’ve been using GoHighLevel for several years now. And I still think it’s the best solution out there for agencies like mine.

However, it may not be the right fit for everyone. After all, it’s fairly expensive, and not everyone is a fan of the UI.

Plus, given that it’s designed to replace your entire marketing and sales tech stack, it might be too feature-rich depending on your needs.

In this post, I’ll help you find a suitable alternative by reviewing and comparing the best tools and platforms similar to GoHighLevel (some that even offer e-commerce features like HighLevel does now).

I’ll include various all-in-one platforms, general CRMs, agency-tailored CRMs, and checkout cart software in this roundup to make sure we’ve covered all bases.

Ready? Let’s get started…

1. Systeme – Overall Best GoHighLevel Alternative

Systeme is an all-in-one platform designed, like GoHighLevel, to replace your entire tech stack and provide all the tools you need to manage your business in one centralized platform.

systeme all in one marketing

It shares lots of the same marketing features as GoHighLevel. You can use it to build websites, landing pages, online courses, and funnels. Plus, send marketing emails, set up automations, publish blog posts, host communities, manage affiliates, sell products, and a whole lot more.

The main difference between the two platforms is the price. Systeme’s Starter plan is less than a third of the cost of GoHighLevel’s entry-level plan, which makes it excellent value for money.

The main thing it lacks compared to GoHighLevel is white labeling capabilities. You can’t white label the app, onboard your clients, and resell access to specific features as part of your marketing services packages like you can with GoHighLevel. Therefore, it’s a better solution for small businesses than marketing agencies.

Key features

  • Sales funnels. Create funnels with ease using pre-built templates and beginner-friendly tools.
  • Email marketing. Design and send unlimited emails and set up automated campaigns.
  • Website builder. Create an entire website in an easy-to-use drag-and-drop builder in minutes.
  • Affiliate management. Build an affiliate program with custom commission rates and manage your affiliates.
  • Sell products. Create and sell online courses, digital products, and physical products.

Pricing

Systeme offers a free plan that’s good for up to 2,000 contacts (though there are other usage restrictions). Paid plans start from $27/month, and you can save 30% on that when you pay annually.

2. Vendasta – Best Alternative for Agencies

Vendasta is the best alternative to GoHighLevel for agencies. It’s a full-stack agency-tailored CRM platform that lets you set up brandable client portals, through which you can then resell various marketing and sales services.

vendasta

Like GoHighLevel, it unifies all the essential tools you need to manage both your agency’s operations and your clients’ businesses in one place.

You’ll have access to marketing automation tools, a complete CRM, an automation builder, a reporting tool, project management features, invoicing and payments, a unified inbox, review management tools, and more.

Pricing is in a similar ballpark to GoHighLevel and I like unlimited client accounts and users are included on all plans. I also like that you can sell physical products on Vendasta—this is something you can’t do on GoHighLevel.

My main gripe with Vendasta is that, unlike GoHighLevel, it makes you pay for onboarding separately. If you sign up for any plan other than the Starter plan, you’ll need to pay a one-off fee of $500 to $2,500 on top of the already-expensive monthly subscription fee. I feel that this should be provided for free given the steep cost.

Key features

  • White label. Add your own logo and domain to Vendasta then resell 250+ white label products and services to your local clients under your brand.
  • Marketing automation. Generate leads and automate all your emails and marketing campaigns
  • Sales & CRM. Manage customer relationships and track deals in the built-in CRM.
  • Client portals. Give clients their own login to access Vendasta’s suite of tools.

Pricing

Vendasta’s plans start at $99/month, and you can save 25% on that if you pay for a year upfront. You can also try it out with a 14-day free trial.

3. Kartra – Best Alternative for Creators & Entrepreneurs

Kartra is another comprehensive platform that’s aimed more at individual users and entrepreneurs than marketing agencies, but it nonetheless shares a lot of the same features.

kartra

You can use Kartra to create landing pages, forms, websites, funnels, videos, webinars, surveys, quizzes, online courses, and more. Plus, manage all your leads, appointments, and affiliates in one place.

It has a direct checkout feature, so it’s better suited to ecommerce than GoHighLevel—you can use it to sell products, services, and memberships. It also stands out for its large library of fantastic page templates and Done For You campaigns.

All of this makes it a good choice for users like coaches, creators, consultants, and digital marketers.

Unfortunately, you can’t whitelabel on Kartra like you can on GoHighLevel. However, with Kartra Agency, you can manage multiple client accounts from a centralized master console.

Key features

  • Sales funnel builder. Segment and tag customers as they move through your sales funnel.
  • Kartra Agency. Manage all your client accounts in one single dashboard.
  • Membership sites. Build membership sites and sell gated content like courses and communities.
  • Marketing tools. Create and manage email marketing campaigns and affiliate programs

Pricing

Kartra offers several plans, starting from $119/month. You can get up to 22% off that if you pay annually. Plus, try it out with a 30-day free trial.

4. ClickFunnels 2.0

ClickFunnels started out as a dedicated sales funnel builder. But it’s had a whole revamp since then, which has brought it much more in line with all-in-one marketing and sales platforms like GoHighLevel.

click funnels homepage

Its best feature is still its visual funnel builder (which is much better than GoHighLevel’s, by the way), but it now comes loaded with a raft of other tools to help entrepreneurs build and manage their online businesses.

That includes tools for things like email marketing, A/B testing, creating and selling courses, building websites, taking payments, setting up automation workflows, and so on.

It’s definitely easier to use than GoHighLevel, but it lacks some of the more advanced agency and team-focused features. For example, GoHighLevel offers unlimited sub-accounts, whereas ClickFunnels doesn’t.

Note: I’ve used GoHighLevel and ClickFunnels extensively in the past, so I’ve also put together an in-depth comparison of GoHighLevel vs ClickFunnels. Check it out if you want to learn more about the differences between them.

Key features

  • Funnel builder. Create funnels that guide visitors to conversion with the help of templates and a visual drag-and-drop builder.
  • Membership sites. Create a subscription-based membership site with locked content and courses for a recurring revenue stream.
  • CRM. Track customer behavior and business growth & get insights on what customers want in the built-in CRM.
  • Email marketing. Send out personalized email broadcasts, promotions, and automated campaigns.

Pricing

ClickFunnels offers two paid plans, which start from $97/month. You can get a big annual discount that reduces that to $81/month if you choose to pay yearly. There’s also a 14-day free trial available.

5. Keap

Keap is a general CRM built for small businesses rather than agencies. It’s designed to help you generate and nurture leads at scale.

keap homepage

It’s not as feature-rich as GoHighLevel, but it has all the essentials, including a flexible drag-and-drop automation builder, lead database, email and text marketing tools, sales pipeline, appointments tool, landing page builder, payments system, and report builder.

Keap is without a doubt a powerful CRM, and I like the UI. However, it’s very expensive, with a much higher starting price than GoHighLevel.

And because pricing is based on the number of contacts, users, and automations you require, it gets even more expensive for those with large teams and marketing lists. Overall, it’s just not as good of a value for money.

Key features

  • Automation builder. Build marketing and sales workflows and automate all your repetitive tasks to save time
  • Lead database. Keep track of all your leads and customer communications.
  • Email & SMS. Communicate with potential customers over email and SMS in one place.
  • Sales tools. Manage sales opportunities with a sales pipeline, appointment booking calendar, and more.

Pricing

Keap’s monthly plans start from an eye-watering $299/month, depending on the number of total contacts you need. However, you can save 17% on that if you pay annually. You can get started with a free trial, but it’s limited to 10 email sends.

6. ActiveCampaign

ActiveCampaign is another solid GoHighLevel alternative. It stands out for its excellent email marketing features and AI-powered automations.

activecampaign homepage 2024

Like GoHighLevel, ActiveCampaign is an omnichannel marketing platform, meaning it gives you all the features you need to connect with your leads across multiple channels, including email, SMS, and social.

It also offers robust audience management tools, including a CRM, to help you segment your lists, manage leads, and prioritize sales opportunities.

You can build all types of content including emails, forms, landing pages, and more. Plus, personalize your campaigns for different customers with dynamic content.

It offers wider integrations than GoHighLevel, and the starting price is much lower, making it a good choice for cash-strapped startups and entrepreneurs.

Key features

  • Email & SMS marketing. Use ActiveCampaign’s powerful email marketing tools to create, automate, and track email & SMS campaigns.
  • Lead management. Automatically score leads based on their actions and behaviors to prioritize the best prospects.
  • Drag-and-drop editor. Create all sorts of marketing content in the intuitive drag-and-drop builder including emails, landing pages, and opt-in forms.

Pricing

ActiveCampaign offers several plans and prices depend on the number of contacts you have. The usual starting price is $15/month but they’re currently offering 50% off that for your first 3 months. You can get started with a 14-day free trial.

7. GetResponse

GetResponse is a good choice if you mainly use GoHighLevel for its email marketing and automation tools.

getresponse homepage 2023

It’s much more affordable and easy to use, and it comes loaded with all the tools you need to build your email list and design, send, and automate email campaigns.

I particularly like GetResponse’s AI-powered email newsletter and autoresponder builder, and its template library is fantastic.

It integrates well with all ecommerce platforms. Plus, it allows you to set up automated abandoned cart emails, distribute promo codes, and promote products in your marketing emails with AI-powered recommendations. All of this makes it a good choice for online sellers.

Aside from email, you can also use GetResponse to engage customers across other channels, including SMS, popups, and push notifications.

Key features

  • Omnichannel marketing. Send out emails, SMS messages, and web push notifications at scale.
  • AI email generator. Create emails in seconds with the new email builder powered by cutting-edge generative AI.
  • Websites & landing pages. Create dedicated landing pages that convert like crazy, and build out whole websites for yourself or your clients.
  • Ecommerce. Add AI product recommendations to your emails and take payments through payment processors & ecommerce platform integrations.

Pricing

GetResponse offers several monthly plans that are bracketed by list size. Prices start from $19/month, with the option to get 18% or 30% off when you sign up for a 12-month or 24-month plan. You can try it out with a 30-day free trial.

8. HubSpot

HubSpot is one of the most popular and trusted CRMs on the market. It’s a good alternative for larger businesses and enterprises that need more flexibility and scalability.

hubspot homepage

HubSpot’s core CRM is free, but you can purchase different subscription products—known as ‘Hubs’—to extend its functionality.

For example, the Marketing Hub adds features like omnichannel marketing automation, social media management tools, etc. The Sales Hub unlocks features like playbooks, sequences, lead prospecting, forecasting, and call transcription/coaching.

There’s also a Service Hub for customer service teams, a Content Hub for content creation, and more. You can purchase only the products you need or use all of them together to unify your operations across departments.

There’s a bit of a learning curve to Hubspot. And while its core CRM is free, the extra add-on products you need to turn it into an all-in-one solution are very expensive.

This makes it less suitable for beginners and startups, but arguably a better choice for enterprise-level businesses than GoHighLevel.

Key features

  • CRM. Manage your customer data in HubSpot’s centralized AI-powered customer relationship management platform.
  • Marketing Hub. Generate leads and automate marketing campaigns with various tools and features.
  • Sales Hub. Build pipelines, prospect for new leads, and close deals.
  • Service Hub. Set up an omnichannel help desk, deploy AI chatbots, and manage customer service and support.
  • Other Hubs. Get even more online business tools with the Content Hub, Operations Hub, and Commerce Hub.

Pricing

HubSpot offers its core CRM tools for free, with several paid add-on packages at different price points, depending on your needs. See their pricing page for more information.

9. Pipedrive

Pipedrive is one of the best GoHighLevel alternatives for sales teams.

pipedrive homepage 2024

While both Pipedrive and GoHighLevel aim to provide all the tools you need to collect and nurture leads, the difference is that Pipedrive focuses more on the sales side of things, whereas GoHighLevel focuses more on marketing.

Pipedrive’s features include a complete sales CRM, pipeline management, automated lead nurturing, sales reporting, forecasting, goal-setting, team monitoring, call scheduling, and more.

The Kanban-style dashboard visualizes your sales funnel and helps you prioritize deals and understand when to follow up. You also get complete contact history and lead data for every customer to give your team the context they need to communicate with them effectively.

Aside from the sales software, Pipedrive also offers email marketing tools including an email builder, segmentation, analytics, and automation.

Key features

  • Pipeline management. View all the deals in your pipeline at any time and forecast sales.
  • Email campaigns. Use the drag-and-drop builder and templates to create email newsletters and campaigns.
  • Analytics. Access all the important metrics and KPIs and report on performance with ease.

Pricing

Pipedrive plans start from $14/user/month when you pay annually. Other plans are available depending on the features and limits you need. You can get started with a 14-day free trial.

10. Salesforce

Salesforce is another good alternative to GoHighLevel for enterprise-level businesses that want to unify customer relationship management across departments. Use it to find prospects, close deals, automate repetitive tasks, and connect with all your customers at scale.

salesforce homepage 2024

Salesforce is set up a lot like HubSpot in that it offers a core, cloud-based, AI-powered CRM and then lots of different add-on products—known as ‘Clouds’—to unlock different features and tools.

These add-ons include a Sales Cloud (for sales tools), Marketing Cloud (for marketing tools), Service Cloud (for customer service), and Commerce Cloud (for ecommerce & payments)

You can purchase different add-ons based on your needs or combine them together to unite operations, bring all your data together, and give all your departments a 360-degree shared view of customer information.

Key features

  • CRM. Use Salesforce’s integrated CRM, powered by Einstein 1, to manage customers across every stage of the customer journey.
  • Sales Cloud. Close more deals and boost seller efficiency with a suite of AI-powered sales tools.
  • Marketing Cloud. Add omnichannel marketing tools and communicate with customers across email, mobile, ads, and web.
  • Other Cloud products. Get more tools and features with the Service, Commerce, and Data Cloud.

Pricing

Salesforce offers various products at different price points. The cost will depend on the tools and limits you need. See their product pricing for a full breakdown. A free 30-day trial is available.

11. Dashclicks

Dashclicks is another good option for agencies. Like GoHighLevel, it’s feature-rich and white-label. You can resell the platform under your own brand or resell specific fulfillment services like Facebook & Google Ads, backlink building, SEO services, etc.

dashclicks homepage

It comes with lots of tools to help you manage both your own agency and your client’s businesses.

That includes a white label website builder, review management software, sales funnels, lead management, report generator, forms and survey builder, CRM, sales pipelines, payment processing, project management, and more.

I particularly like the unified all-in-one communication inbox—it brings messages across email, SMS, and live chat into one place. I also like that you can customize your dashboard with pre-built widgets to pull important data into one place.

Key features

  • Sales funnels. Convert leads to paying customers by creating effective sales funnels with the intuitive builder.
  • Review management. Manage your business reputation and reply to reviews across listings from one space.
  • Drag-and-drop-builder. Build websites, forms, and more with ease.
  • CRM. Manage data in the advanced CRM system.

Pricing

Dashclicks doesn’t list pricing options on their website. You’ll need to schedule a demo and discuss your needs for custom pricing.

12. ThriveCart

ThriveCart is best known as a checkout cart software but it also doubles up as a powerful sales funnel builder. If you were mainly using GoHighLevel to build high-converting sales funnels, it could be a good alternative.

thrivecart homepage

ThriveCart offers more flexible payment & commerce features than GoHighLevel. You can do things like create free trials, set up split payments, charge subscriptions, distribute discount offers, offer PWYW pricing, etc.

Plus, customize your checkout process with one-click upsells and bump offers, and embed your shopping carts on any site with ease.

However, ThriveCart lacks a lot of the lead generation, lead management, and marketing tools you get with GoHighLevel. You can’t use it to send emails or SMS messages, for example. So, you’ll need to integrate it with other tools for an all-in-one solution.

Key features

  • Multi-step checkouts. Create multi-step checkouts with upsells, order bumps, and downsells to boost average order values.
  • Affiliate marketing. Create an affiliate program, manage commissions and payouts, and more.
  • Payment options. Set up flexible pricing and payment options for your products, including split payments and subscriptions.

Pricing

ThriveCart is currently offering a Lifetime Account for a one-off fee of $495, with the option to upgrade to Pro for an add-on fee of $195. This is based on current offers and may change; check the ThriveCart website for up-to-date prices.

GoHighLevel Alternatives FAQs

That concludes our roundup of the best GoHighLevel alternatives. Hopefully, this has helped you to find the right platform for your needs.

Before we wrap things up, here are the answers to some frequently asked questions.

Is there anything better than GoHighLevel?

All of the platforms in this list could arguably be better than GoHighLevel in certain circumstances—but it’s all subjective. Ultimately, it depends on your needs, intended use case, and budget.

For example, Systeme could be a much better solution in terms of value for money as long as you don’t need white-label capabilities. If you do, Vendasta could also be a better fit depending on what other features you need.

Is GoHighLevel worth it?

Yes, in my opinion, GoHighLevel is worth the cost for marketing agencies. The price might seem steep on the surface, but given how many different tools it can replace, it works out to be very cost-effective. Plus, because you can white label it and resell services to your clients, you can easily make back the monthly subscription cost in sales.

Who created GoHighLevel?

GoHighLevel was created by Shaun Clark, Robin Alex, and Varun Vairavan. It was launched in April 2018 and is based in Dallas, Texas.
